We very well are likely to be favored in the rest of the games on our schedule. We will be favored on the road at Florida and Kentucky and Miss State. It’s likely if Bama continues to flail, we will be favored in that game as well.

You really have to believe we are going to flop as a favorite in 3-4 games to think we will have 5 losses. That’s foolish.

We will outscore all of them…that’s what’s funny ..

Why do you have confidence in this defense? Oh yea this is the defense last year that was supposed to be Banks best that got gashed by Arkansas and Ohio State. OSU called off the dogs because they could have scored 60 lol I don’t have any confidence in his scheme. You got all this damn money from NIL and Addidas keep all your good recruiters and go out and get a big time coordinator for once. Trying to out score every offense with this defense ain’t gonna happen

If we just play as good as we did Sat. I don't see any other loss. However, with that said will we play this well.

This is where I am at. We very easily could be a 4-5 loss team. SEC does not have cakewalks anymore.

MSST has shown tremendous growth YOY

OKLA has already beat #12 team

ARK—they are better, but still penciling in the W

UF—were any of us alive when we last won in The swamp?

ALA—see UF

VANDY—I really do not think they have played anyone yet, but they are better than years past on both sides of the ball

UK—they play tough at home

SEC is tougher this year than last year and we have some questions and play our toughest remaining games on the road.

Continue to flail? They’ve lost a single game to a current top 10 team.

I guess with that definition, if we continue to flail…

If 8-4 was a preseason possiblity and we have 5 starters out for the rest of the year, then it would make sense that 8-4 is still a possibility. My question then would be have the coaches made the backups competitive.

My gawd man, you do know that Tennessee has won the last two of three right? You are living in the past. The "we cannot beat Florida" is now onto Georgia. The swamp won't be a problem by the time these teams play. Florida is headed for another 6 or 7 loses before then with the they way they are playing.

We really needed the GA game bad for our program. Now I think our goal has to be 10-2 with a chance at the playoff. We will be underdogs at Bama and the challenge won’t be any different than GA last nite. If we win at their place, it would be a big upset. As of right now, we look better than Florida but we say the same thing every time we go down there. Oklahoma is going to be an even matchup even at home. In the SEC there’s also a chance to get upset almost every week. If we can escape with only 2 losses that would be huge. However, I won’t be surprised if we drop 4 either. Just because we played with GA for a game doesn’t mean we are going to roll over everyone

Cut. Take 30, TN vs FL in the swamp. The 2 out of 3 is at home. We were favorites at the swamp in 2023 but same result as always. There is ALWAYS a problem down there and against them in general. We should have blown them out of the water in 2022 and 2024 but as always we let them come back and almost win. It is what it is. It makes no difference how much better we are who the coach / players are, there is clearly some kind of psychological phenomenon with them

To the fans yes. To the players, and coaches, I doubt they think about who lost at the swamp unless they were on the team the last time they played there.
