#7 is a good spot. After not showing up and getting embarrassed by SC, it feels pretty good to still be in the top 10. And No, we shouldn't be ahead of Bama.

People call South Carolina a bad team don’t seem to grasp teams do actually improve sometimes as the season goes on. We have seen teams play up and down week to week a lot. We just had the perfect bad storm of playing a improving team and us having our worst game. Not going to go into our injured players in that game as injuries should never be factored in the stuff in my opinion. Then we bounced back with a new quarterback in a driving rainstorm and clocked vandy 56-0. Take the entire body of work of all teams in. You play a entire season and should be judged by the entire year by what transpired. Tennessee lost 2 games to the number 1 and 20th ranked teams. That is not losing to a terrible team. They went 8-4 and beat 2 top 10 teams down the stretch and the eye test shows you they have improved. GBO
