Take off your orange glasses and take into account that we lost two games that weren't close, and one of those losses was historically embarrassing.

Bama lost two very close, last second games to top 10 teams on the road.

They have a slightly better resume based on those losses.

By 1 point though. We lost to SC by 25. I could see us getting it since we beat them but how competitive the games were could make a decent argument the other way too.

What terrible loss do they have? The common opponent factor doesn’t mean a thing when you lose to one of the worst teams in the conference by 20+.

We opted out of a game. We are to blame and there's no other way to look at it. And you know this.

You might be right but that'd be a raw deal for USC. OSU gets to benefit by another team losing in a game that OSU didn't even have to play.

Like I said, I think both teams have an argument. I do think losses get graded with more weight than wins, for better or worse.
