How is Doeren a "safe hire"? He has a 3% approval rating on this Volnation poll.

I didn’t say he was safe. And if you think for one second the AD cares about a VN poll you’ve lost your ever loving mind. The fact is if he trots Doeren out and we ***** and moan, it’s not really a big deal. If he trots lane out and shat gets burnt in the streets, it is a big deal. Use some common sense.

There's not a chance in hell they actually offered Gundy 7 million.

I saw 6 years 27mil,so 4.5mil per year. Cheap lunatic idiots.

Okay..I could get behind that because that's a very good incentive to make sure he bust his ass.. but I'd make the buyout 15mil.. he can't have everything given to him. And he needs to know he's not a knight in shinning armor.. he needs to be humble in his first presser or 2

Having a 10 million buyout that he or his new school is responsible to pay for a 4 year period is good.

If we got Lane for 4 years, chances are we are winning.

You are so very wrong. We landed the ESPN #1 recruit in America last year and have had Cade Mays locked up for years. Nice O-Line for years. Our team has LOTS of talented players that just need developing and even more than that coaching. It is not a dumpster fire with the talent we have. The problem is the potential candidates don't want to deal with the admin problems especially an AD who could be fired within a year. Too much uncertainty from the admin. Best solution would be to fire Currie and install Fulmer. Unfortunately, Currie is a #'s guy and he pulled in a fortune last year. $$$ schools salivate over and that is what Currie hangs his hat on.

Nice line? What team you been watching? Congrats we landed a legacy player in mays, who I suspect won’t land here anymore. A lot has happened here in the last week, in the last full season. Where have you been Dorothy? Both of those recruits came off of 9 win seasons and a program that wasn’t swirling down the commode. I guess you haven’t seen anything Tennessee related in the past few months.

YOU maybe wanna do some research. Why in the hell would they offer him what he’s already making now? The offer was for 42 mil if I’m not mistaken.

Kiffin is an OC and will never be an HC in the SEC. Saban kept a tight leash on him. If Kiffin comes back the NCAA will have to put an office on campus!!
