The list of guys that this applies to on gameday is enormous. He's coaching professionals.

He is the most stubborn man and really went to a super bowl thanks to Ron Rivera who he fired.

He didn't fire Ron Rivera. Personnel decisions in Chicago are left to the people above Lovie's pay grade and they all happen to suck badly at it.

Lovie took over DC position last year and flushed it down a toilet. He was near last in the Aikman ratings.

He also doesn't have a very good defense any longer, but the man is a defensive football coach, period. His D line was an absolutely beaten up joke. This year, they were simply decimated. Who gets credit for the previous D that hauled them to the SB?

The only reason he wasn't fired is the McCasky family is cheap and the lockout

That might be so, but the reason Chicago sucks is that the front office is a bunch of idiots and gutted the football team for offense over Lovie's D.
