I'm sorry folks but this isn't on Pruitt. Nick Saban couldn't have come here and changed the culture in a spring and 3 games. They have zero confidence. It's gonna take a while to wash the Butch Jones STINK off of this program and it starts first with the Players. They have zero leadership. The upperclassmen are from the I want it now or I'm taking my ball and going home generation. Until some of the players step up this is what we are gonna see week in and week out. It is what it is. I'm just glad that we have a head coach with balls. His instincts were right but the boys didn't make the plays. Sometimes it is better to be lucky than good. Today we were neither and it doesn't matter how well you draw up the X's and O's if the Jimmy's and Joe's don't execute it or quit on their teammates then what you saw tonight is the result.

Lol, its.gonna be fun to watch the excuses for pruitt grow.

Curious, you think saban would game plan for a weak oline? You think saban would continue to play players that show no fight?
Think he holds out on banks so long?

When true freshman are coming in and acting like leaders (Banks) it’s clear the team in general lacks any leadership on the field.

The team wasn’t well prepared tonight. There’s Plntlynof blame to place on both players and coaches. Inexcusable effort from all parties.

Yawn...heard all of this sh!t before. He had exactly as much time as Mullen had with his crap players that McElwain left. His cornbread azz got schooled, that's all.

Saban actually has players with toughness who’s willing to compete.

Pruitt’s guys are used to getting their ass kicked by the SEC.

It’s not making excuses for Pruitt, it’s pointing out the issues.

Then play freshman, play.walk on. Saban had a 1st year without his recruits you know?

Not happy about tonight but people have to remember Frost and Kelly are a combined 0-7 right now. And they’ve both played some bad teams. Rebuilding at a power 5 school is an uphill climb. Culture change is hard when you are trying to implement a new system and get buy in from guys who are used to losing and quitting, because that’s all they did for Butch. Pruitt may be another in what’s becoming a long line of coaching flops, but 4 games is a little early to throw in the towel just yet

Ah yes, blame Butch for losing to the team that gave up 300 rushing yards to KY.

Pruitt has coached 4 games and his team has come out ready to play 0 times.

His OC calls plays like he has Bama talent.

This team somehow looks even slower and weaker than last year.

Maybe JP ends up being the next Saban, but this game was clearly on him. He won't see another UF team this bad in his tenure here.

Pruitt was forced to tweak Butch’s players into his system, not like he had a choice.

He’s pretty much hinted that we’re not a good football team right now.

These kids don’t know how to win cause they were never taught how to be winners under Butch.

Did these kids not win in high school, or in camps, or in practice?

Perhaps you should go back and look at what happened that year. Alabama beat a ranked arkansas team, beat the piss out of a.ranked Tennessee team, where not blown out by anyone, was.competative in every game, even losing to 2 ranked teams in ot. Lost to.lam by a td, it happens to everyone.

We struggled.to run against etsu and how do.we gameplan for uf.....run up the middle.

No they were raised at birth by butch jones and taught his fundamentals and loser mentality from the day they were born. You cannot expect Pruitt to come in and in one year change a single thing or flaw about any of these players!! The man only gets paid millions of dollars what do you expect of him!?!?
