Like I siad---2 game season--and the Vols WILL NOT lose em both. Ole Miss is gonna be a toughie. UK knows who their Daddy is.

I've always found it best to treat every game like a Bama or Florida game. Best to never let your guard down. I think our team has approached each game that way. As long as we treat each game that way we should win.

Should be minimum of 7-5. 8-4 is completely doable minus a complete meltdown against Ole Miss.

Do you realize we have only won 6 of the past 24 vs Florida and 15 of the past 39 vs Bama? Thats 25% vs UF and ~38% vs Bama...

I mean I could get ole miss....who knows there's alot of people doing the "UT has beaten UK too many years in a row for them not to lose" prediction too

I think what they are saying is that we are most likely 7-5, but that the other SEC teams would be selected over UT and we would fall to the Music City Bowl.

I disagree - With CLK's notoriety and the fact that we would travel well because of sitting home last year, I say we go as high as our record will take us.

Those both actually work for the Music City too; they've been wanting us there for a while now

Rivals is based out of nashville but a lot of the employees are from different parts of the country. I listen to rivals radio a lot and they don't give very much love to the vols. The show host, bill king, really hates talking about tennessee. Every time someone calls in with a ? about the vols he sounds disgusted and changes the subject as quickly as possible. I've not gotten to listen since mon after ucla though so he may have changed his mind about UT but I doubt it.

Rivals is padding its pick. Like going to the track and betting on a horse you think will win only to place so you know you will win something. 7-5 seems a lock with 8-4 a distinct possibility. The Ole Miss game is the only determinent.

Pretty sure Bill King went to UT for a couple years, don't think he graduated though (from UT).

The whole meaning of what I said is that with this coaching staff they don't play down to the talent. They treat each game like we are playing the #1 team in the nation. Hence the reference to Alabama and Florida.
