I wouldn't be so quick to judge. There have been several players who when down with this injury and came back strong. His youth will help him more than anything. He will be fine.

recovering from an ACL can be touch but a bit too soon to diagnose as never the same or leaving early for the NFL IMO

Back in the 80's a torn acl meant it was over. Now its totally different he will get perfect rehab and be back to 100%.

I don't think he leaves after next year, just because he is so thin, and with an ACL injury, he's going to have a hard time bulking up. I say he stays 2 more years, then goes.

Id be good with two more years his redshirt junior year (if he redshirts) our recieving corp will be sick

He'll be gone after next year as he's already said in the spring! He will have plenty of free time to bulk up now that he's not playing and practicing!

Montario Hardesty tore ACL multiple times and is collecting NFL paychecks. Jamal Lewis tore two. Others have, too. Justin Hunter will be OK.

His legs for the short term will atrophy a bit, but he can crush the weights for his upperbody in the meantime. Not running might even allow him to put on more weight if his caloric intake stays the same.

I think the question is, are they all they could be? Or, are they at their best when they come back? I am no doctor, but if anyone says they know the answer before hand is fibbing. We have to just wait and see.

Olympic medal. But hey Andrew Luck came back, hell remember Peyton came back. I think Hunter will come back. I think he truely loves this university.

I disagree. Even though he did tear his ACL and MCL he will have a top notch medical staff do the surgery and rehab. Also he will have the best in physical therapy and the best facilities. And it doesn't hurt that he is only what 20 years old. Get well soon JH! GBO!
