Will we land any 5 star prospects this year?

I'd say it's a good possibility. Alot of it depends on how we play this season. I'm sure another 5-6 debacle wouldn't lure many top prospects. If we have a 9-10 win season though I think CPF as he has done in the past will do a good job selling the program to a few 5-star players. It's also possible that one of the early commitments we have could be a 5-star by the time the high school season is over.

It depends. The 5* players now might not be 5* players at the end period. Also, we will be bringing in some JUCOs(Williams, Lindsey, maybe Raines) and preps(Melancon, Barnes) and they could end up as 5*s.

Is Eric Berry's former teammate going to be a 5*? Are we in good standing with him?

Nah, he is a top 100 type guy but not 5*. Not at this point. He has knee issues but is pretty much down to UT and UF.

It won't be a deciding factor...but it doesn't hurt having Eric in Knoxville.
