So we got 7 SEC wins now after this sweep at Miss St. To me, that leaves 5 SEC series to get to 8 wins, or be at .500. Is anyone else tracking it this way. Ole Miss, Alabama, Kentucky, Texas, Oklahoma. We looked a little better today. Thoughts?

With UT‘s RPI and SOS, I think TN would squeak into playoffs with 13 SEC wins but will be hosting with 15 SEC wins. If they win the remainder of home series and avoid getting swept on road, that leaves them with 8 more SEC wins and 15-15 record. Tough but certainly doable.IMG_3894.jpeg

Need 15-15 by years end to make .500. Enjoy and savor…

That would be great. Ole Miss and Alabama home, @ Kentucky, Texas home, @ Oklahoma
By this math, we win 4 series (by 2-1) we are hosting, or if we can get two sweeps, and a third series win
Statistical probability of getting two sweeps is close to zero…but the good news is we don’t need any sweeps! Just keep playing good, fundamental baseball and we will be right where we hoped to be come post-season.
