5* RBs

Excluding BrBrown, when's the last time we landed a top-ranked RB? Jamaal Lewis in 1997?

With our returning OLine in 2013 (it'll be well over 100 starts) and otherwise general lack of RB competition, you'd think a hot RB would be looking for the situation UT offers.

The benches at UGA, LSU and Alabama are stacked with RBs who'll never get enought PT to be a high (if any) NFL draft.

Am I being too logical?

I just remember the UT-UGA game in 1980 when a 6th string TB (HWalker) came in late (down 15-0) and made an otherwise uninspired OLine look like All-Pros. Pretty soon they though they were really good and played like it. Most amazing transformation I've ever seen.

I'm trying to be upbeat about our o-line but they don't scream rugged run blockers to me. But hopefully we'll land one of the Derricks.
