Last Week Kiffin alluded to the fact that only about five percent of the Vols were not giving their all to the team. This means with an 85 man team roster that 4 to 5 are the slaggards. He just got rid of the first (Warren). Who will be the other three to go in the purge now under way? Any guesses: Vereen, Donald, Pope, Thomas...???

Dennis Rogan would be wise not to sign a lease lasting past the end of this semester.

My guess is that this might set the others straight. Kiffin means business. I sure hope the team will be 100% on board by this saturday

If Markeith Ambles can make it in the spring, I expect another receiver to be gone.. maybe Jones or Moore

I'm not going to speculate who the others are, but as disappointed as I am to see Brandon Warren gone, I'm so glad to see this staff make this stand. Far too long, a lack of respect among the players has been a concern of mine, and this staff seems to be willing to snuff it out one by one if necessary. I hope truly the rest of the players get the message and get it straight because I want to see each of them succeed. But, man this is nice to see really nice to see.

Denarius Moore. I wanted to murder that kid after Saturday. The very few good passes Crapton threw, he dropped.

I don't think he is looking to get rid of anyone. The Warren thing happened because Brandon did the crime. I think his comment was a motivational point to call out the slackers. :thumbsup:

It will take awhile for kiffin to clean out all the fulmer deadwood and attitude cases.

Those of you that want players off the team because they under-performed during a game are sadly mislead. EB missed tackles, do you want him gone too?

I agree 100%... When the defense is on the field 80% of the time they get tired if you believe it. They get mentally tired and miss tackles and have miss assignments

If you are talking about Gerald, he has all the tools except for speed, receiver instincts, route running skills, and hands. Great receiver we have there.

How can you have any idea who he was talking about with the 5% thing? How? Most of you guys are even stupid enough to point out the guys that have not lived up to your expectations....real smart. Let's see, berry missed a couple tackles last night....he's gone. I just read an article where monte wasn't right about where berry should be on a coverage....cya coach. That leaves one more for the "5%"....I'll leave it up for the geniuses to blame it on whoever the next article on xtra is over.
