I feel like for our highlight they should show Eason's throw just seconds before. As everyone else has said, that was a game-winning catch.

Based on the quality of the play itself, Colorado's is definitely the best (What an arm that dude had!), and I may say LSU's is #2. But with context? UT's is #1. No doubt.

I agree with this. UT's is arguable for #1 because of the context that Georgia had just scored a TD to go ahead 15 seconds earlier.

Ours looked like the most well executed of them all. No tipped ball, no running around by Dobbs and a clean catch.

Just watching the UK fans trying to tear the goal post down not knowing they lost makes it #1 in my book

I send that video to my best friend (Kentucky fan) every year when football starts.

:lolabove:

Around the :26 mark in the below video, the announcer says "fans are up on the goal posts........I don't know why"

Ha, that is funny.

1. Verne is so very fortunate to have made this call in his final year for future lore.
2. I'm glad Verne correctly pronounced both "Dobbs" and "Jauan Jennings" for the record.
3. HAD this been in Neyland, it would have registered on the intensity seismic scale.

That would have registered stronger than the LSU-Auburn "Earthquake Game" of the late 1980s.

It's not the pass that made ours amazing, it is the entire last 20 seconds of the game.

The other teams in this top 5 were probably driving the field. We had to catch a kickoff and throw a pass within 10 seconds.

And it was not a deflection. The MAN just went up and caught the ball.

The Auburn win over UGA a few years ago was pretty impressive. Underthrew the receiver who was not coming back for the ball, it bounced off two UGA players ahead to the Auburn WR who caught it in stride on his way into the endzone.

Michigan State - Wisconsin (2011) is a pretty good one.

I'm not sure the 2005 Capital One Bowl (Iowa- LSU 30-25) would be top 5, but I feel it at least deserves mention.

I wouldn't put any bowl games on the list, they don't mean anything.
