4th down calls

So far so good, they have out rushed us and out passed us, but Kirby has made 2 bone headed 4th down calls. We need to find a run game. I hope CJP challenges the o-line to take over this game in the second half. We have a shot, a good shot to win this game. A td coming out after half would do wonders for confidence, and keep momentum on our side. GO VOLS.

I think the first one way. 4th down attempt on what, the 30? It’s not usually advisable, and that result is why.

I think the 4th down call at the 30 by our offense was stupid. Got away with it by inches. Could have easily changed the game. Lucky as hell.

I would agree. Do be fair Georgia has physically pushed us around. That was probably in mind on both calls. Smart has some dumb decisions I didn’t see a problem with either one as the game had went up to that point.

The underdog makes risky 4th down calls. Both 4th down calls by the heavy favorite were bone headed. When you're the favorite, you stay the course and depend on the other team to make mistakes. You take those unnecessary risks
