Always a lot better going into bye week with a win!

Time to get healed up and do some serious scheming on Mizzou.

So glad we have the 1:00 EST game and not a cold night game.

And they still had enough gas in the tank to stop the 4th and goal! Game about gave me a heart attack, but it feels great to win, especially in that fashion. GBO!!!

Last on-screen graphic I saw for TOP was something like 17 min to 42 min in favor of UK. That’s just insane. These young men deserve the utmost support and praise for their efforts tonight. What a way to take a freaking stand and make the most of your season. I can’t WAIT to watch these next two games and (presumably) get bowl eligible. Screw Vandy, and watch out Mizzou, because we are coming like a freight train on full throttle.

Defense really stepped it up in the 2nd half. Great halftime adjustments by the staff. Our LB are all over the place, not sure which I like better.

The amazing thing is that the D did not get tired they were not wore out still had plenty after 42 minutes of play.

How did the refs try to screw us?

I think refs suck lately, but curious what ya mean? I didnt see much aside from the questionable roughing the passer call
That roughing the passer was horrendous. It wasn't a particular hard hit nor was it high. And it totally rewarded Kentucky for playing crap football. Luckily we stood our ground

The defense played their hearts out tonight and this could be a school record for opposition time of possession.

I remember, as a kid in the late 80's and early 90's, that if the game was close in the 4th, we would win. I just knew we were tougher and stronger than the other team. I had a confidence that our D would stop them. While I almost had a heart attack, that goal line stand was a thing of beauty. Now that I know how it ends, I might watch it again!

I thought all of our D played well. We game up some free yards with some penalties but man they fought. Off the top of my head Warrior, Bituli, and Henry T played lights out! Super proud of our boys! GBO!

I am proud of them for the gutsy win, especially the goal-line stand....that is Tennessee football at its best. But our DL was really getting pushed around most of the game and KY ran for 302 yards on us. This surprises me that we were so bad at stopping the run tonight. The D got better as the game went on but, man, they ran all over us. I couldn't watch the game but had to listen to Kesling. Did we play a base 3-4 the whole game? Did we ever stack the box with five or more? Just curious. I was thinking that we would want them to try and beat us through the air and thus stack the box to focus on their run game. Good coaching in the adjustments our guys made.
