4-star RB Quavaris Crouch announced his commitment to Tennessee

I find it odd that Michigan fans are accusing UT of cheating, but if they actually researched how many times Crouch visited Tennessee and saw how many pictures of him wearing some sort of UT gear then him committing would not be a big mystery. Most important thing, Pruitt is one of the best DCs in all of college football and he is a straight forward recruiter, not hard to see Crouch commit to a school that is a few hours from home in the SEC than a really blue (figuratively and literally) school 12 hours away..

Come on Wolverines, keep it between the lines..
If UT is cheating, we sure as hell ain't doing it right..

In his team video at the bottom he said he was a linebacker. He's an ATH. I guess he could play a couple different roles. Where do you guys think we'll see him line up? RB? LB? Bit of both?

His stats from 2017: 3142 Rushing Yards, 31 Rushing TDs, 42 Tackles, 14 Sacks.

Anyone else think he could grow into a 3-4 LBer /end? He's already a big dude at 6'2.5 230ish and only 18. Just imagine after he's been in college for a couple years. He's got the frame to be 250 plus. Something about Q screams edge rusher that could also drop and cover to me.

Great job Pruitt and staff. I was worried about the D but feel better now. With thIS class maybe we can even recruit a good OC.

Almost every coach can get recruits to Tn. So this success is not amazing
#1. Can he develops the players?
#2. Does he have the backbone to bench poor performing players? He didn't replace JG at any point this season? It is obvious that JG was lacking and his performance didn't get better thru coaching as the season progresses

Remember that Butch had recruiting successes also. Remember that Butch had a won against Florida & UGA, which were mild upsets like Auburn & Ky were this year
Let's wait the full 5 seasons before we start praising CJP too much..... Let's look at a full body of work not just small successes

hahahahahahahahaha

But let's shred him after the first.

Meanwhile, he should have benched JG in favor of whom, exactly? I love the narrative that the staff deliberately played The Worst QB Ever despite all these amazing options picking pine splinters out of their butts. You do what you can with what you have; sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Some with all the other shaky positions.
