I’ve never seen his Chatt residence but I’d suspect it pales compared to his Denver home. I’d say he’s building a new home in Chatt area & selling the Denver place. His daughter could go to Baylor or most likely GPS

When I lived in Chattanooga 19 years ago some family friends pointed out what house Peyton lived at (on the lake). Not sure if he still owns that property, but if nothing else, there's precedence.
