We have three weeks of extra practices to get this right, and I still have high confidence. Yes, here I am, bash away. I told you that I wasn’t going to hide. I think we will see a better team in three weeks. Plenty of time for these players to learn more, and they will. We can beat Florida, and even though my 4-0 or 5-0 prediction didn’t pan out, I still believe we can go 3-1 before we play Georgia. Let us take these two games with an extra week to prepare, and we will be just fine against the Gators. I know. here I go again, but my confidence level is still there. Wasn’t disappointed today, after what I saw, because there were times that we put pressure on Grier, and caused him to hurry his throws. If you didn’t see the pressure at times, then I don’t know what to tell you. It wasn’t all of the time, but I did see some, and that might be a little good sign, as we continue on.

Florida is likely a loss OD. I find it hard to believe you will be sticking with your prediction that Smart cant beat Pruitt after this game. Because they will likely destroy us again.

I’ll be happy with 5-6 wins. Florida will murder us. Georgia will slaughter us and well as for Alabama I haven’t come up with a word yet for what they’ll do to us

Lol, smart cant beat pruitt....i forgot about that one. Funny, i have a feeling lots of sec coaches are gonna be beating Pruitt this year.

Don't know why people are so pessimistic about Florida. It's a winnable game.

West Virginia lived up to the preseason hype, but I don't think Florida will. Completely different situations. WV had a Heisman-contending QB and some of the best WRs in the nation. Florida was a 4-7 trainwreck last season with poor QB play. Florida is in the same situation as us; they have a new coach who is trying to turn-around last year's disaster. And the game is in Neyland.

Not saying it's an "easy win"; it's not. But I don't think Florida is nearly as good as WV. I still see Florida, SC, and Mizzou as the most critical games. We're probably getting stomped by Auburn, Bama, and Georgia, unfortunately.

ETSU and UTEP give us a good opportunity to work on some things. WVU gave us some good film to break down and things to improve on. My hope for the rest of this season is that we actually get better as the season goes along. Noticeably better.

Three letters B.V.S. That said, you make a logical argument that the sky isn't falling. Here's the deal with this team the difference between 5-7 and 7-5 will be luck. Stay healthy gets some favoable bounces...we go bowling.

We need to get Chandler back before then. Tim Jordan played really well, but he can’t be the only productive RB.

Tennessee isn't very good but I do believe this coaching staff will have them improving every week. Butch left this program in worse shape than he found it.

Team 122 needs to take each week to prepare for their opponent that Saturday. There are no guaranteed wins with these dudes.

That being said, Kentucky is literally the only potential SEC win for this team.

Why would they have to be world beaters to beat us? 25 years of dominance even with some very bad teams.

TN will probably win the next two but look for UTEP to be interesting fairly late. More specific predictions to come later.

In 2017, Missouri ranked 8th in the nation for total offense, averaged 502/game, and Drew Lock threw 10 more touchdowns, and 1 more interception than Will Grier.
