He may want to get out of this area. Gainesville has changed a lot last 10-12 years from the little sleepy college town to a more liberal city where the University runs the show. Not sure if you have been to Gainesville lately but especially downtown area has become bigtime liberal and almost like a little San Francisco now. Tents everywhere with homeless people and lots of purple hair women and men holding hands walking in the downtown area. Lots of drugs too and crackheads everywhere. I travel for work and I can't even smoke a cigar at Havana Wine and Cigar lounge downtown Gainesville without a bum or crackhead asking me for money every 5 minute while enjoying my cigar and people watch!

Yeah most young black men just hate liberal areas.
