Glad to get a win, especially on the road. MSU is a good team. The injuries, dropped passes, and other miscues need to get cleaned up.

You can read this win a few different ways: You can give our guys credit for bowing-up at the end for the win. Or you can look at our clock mismanagement at the end of regulation and see the win as being more about MSU being slightly less ready to seize a win under pressure than we are.

It’s probably a little of both. In any case, I’ll take the win. Always better than the alternative.

Mississippi State runs our offense, so I anticipate that benefited them today. We have a lot of work to do on the defensive side of the ball, and we still need to get healthy before our next SEC game.

If Mateer is still out, Tenn can still beat OU. Florida and Kentucky offenses are really, really bad. Arkansas defense is insanely bad. Vandy worries me but it being the last game, who knows where these teams are by then. State is a 9-3 team right now. They believe and theyre solid enough everywhere to compete with most teams.
