Fall camp is roughly a month away. I figured I'd throw out three semi bold predictions as camp approaches and see what predictions you guys have.

1) Evan Berry sees some snaps at RB in camp. Let's go ahead and throw the most outside the box prediction in there first.

The logic: RB is probably our most thin position. If in an emergency we needed somewhere to turn why not give a guy that can be gone with a lane and good first step a shot? Berry as the emergency RB.

2) Bituli takes over MLB and LB as a position is the position group that gains the most ground thru fall camp. Kirkland slides outside and we see someone step up to solidify the other side in the 4-3 base. Austin Smith, Sapp, McDowell, etc

3) Trey Smith makes a case to start from practice 1, and is in the starting spot by game 1.

There they are. Bold, maybe. Impossible, hardly. Let's hear yours!

Jennings will spend the fall focusing on his route running en route to a 1000 yard season in 2017.

Micah Abernathy will carve out a starting spot in the secondary, likely at nickel.

Jerry Colquitt's file will finally be found after being jammed up between folders in a filing cabinet for 23 years at the NCAA office here in Indianapolis. Jerry will be given a medical redshirt and additional year of eligibility during fall camp. Wins the job by the Florida game.

I concur with # 2 and # 3.

After John Jelly beats them down, handing Ty the rock will take care of # 1.

Note I said "emergency RB" in number 1. Last resort preparation. It would mean Kelly, Chandler, and Aime were down w injury and he's a slightly better option than FR Tim Jordan.

A bold prediction isn't always a likely one.

Martin and Mosely become solid players.

Butch stops using the word individual.

Jacob Johnson contributes this year.

1. OL is 100% improved from last year thanks to Rock and Wells!
2. Picou and K-Mac really step up their game
3. Darrell Taylor, Kongbo and Phillips along with blitzing LBs get at least as many sacks as last year but they will be more spread out among players.
Bonus Round1: DBs learn how to cover a WR.
Bonus Round2: Latrell Williams will have a breakout season and Josh Smith will be more like 2015 than 2016.
Bonus Round3: Starting QB position far from decided even though QD looks the part.
Bonus Round4: Medley gets his groove back and bends it like Beckham!

1) Dobbs blows up in camp and is declared starter for the Steelers
2) Sutton has double digit interceptions in camp and starts from game 1
3) Barnett breaks so many OT ankles in camp that they sit him out the last two weeks of camp before turning the big man loose on the NFL (where he sets the all time single season sack record as a rookie).

there are my 3 BOLD predictions. What kind go odds can I get on them?

Ethan Wolf sets himself apart as Dormady's #1 target

Offensive line finds it's soul and gels with the right 5 men in the right 5 spots.

Defensive line looks good, Linebackers shockingly look great.

I got two for newcomers .
1. Ty Chandler will impress tremendously and become John Kelly backup and get meaningful carries this season .
2. Jordan Murphy will surprise a lot of people and do well in fall practice and carve himself out a role in the receiving corps .

1. QD completes every pass thrown in fall camp.
2. A stand is constructed at the far end of the practice field to serve peanut butter smoothies before each practice.
3. A wild cat package is installed for Jakob Johnson based on his performance in camp.

Let the festivities begin!!

1. QB BATTLE is going to be closer than what people expected, and I think JG is going to win that job at the end of the day
2. D LINE IS THE KEY: without these guys shaq wiggans and our secondary will be pointless..
3. LASTLY, BRANDON JOHNSON just look for the kid to shine in summer and fall camp and win that other wr postion and have a breakout year

I don't think JG starts at QB. I think QD starts. If he is not effective then I can see JG getting a chance.

I can see both of them playing this season.
