The only reason I brought this up was Chavis mentioned going to a 3-4 in spring practice. I think it puts the best 7 athletes on the field with a good second team to play half of the game.
After Mapu and Bolden in a 4-3 there isn't a lot of experienced, proven players. I don't think either of the DT's UT recruited are ready play half the game as a DT in the SEC.
Martin as a OLB/pash rusher in a 3-4 and Donald as a LB would give them an opportunity to play more. Donald was #18, and Martin was #20 in rivals top 100 players. I can't remember the last time UT had 3 players in the top 20 of the rivals 100. I would like to see those 2 along with Berry get an opportunity to play immediately.
