I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the player has to agree to disclose injuries, or it would be a violation of doctor-patient confidentiality.

I really don't care what you think. I have been a a fan of Tennessee sports (not just football) for 46 years and graduated from UT. I have season tickets.

I place value on more than just "wins on a football field" ... APR, students actually learning something and being good citizens in the community and generally behaving.

I also don't see the rationale or need for some to continue to focus on Jones and Currie. If Jones wants to toot his horn around the things that went well - I don't see a problem with that.

Trust me Pruitt will tweet his horn over every small win. That is what coaches do.

That is what any employee at any place does. If something did not go as planned at your workplace do you shout to the world - "hey everyone I suck!"?

This is true. But some believe they have the right to know everything even when they don't.

You know, just when I feel I am finally able to just let it go and just let Butch Jones off the hook, he shows up again spouting new nonsense about doing things the fans haven't seen in 10 15 or 20 years. Brings back all the old bitter memories. It would help Butch immensely if he just didn't speak in or about Knpzville. Stirring the pot by try g to defend himself doesnt help anyone.

I think part of his problem was that he really didn't understand why what he was doing wasn't acceptable to many people. For all of his talk, he didn't know what being a HC at UT was about or why many of his losses were so intolerable.

What about all of us hit by concussions every time Butch called run up the middle for 0-1 yards, on each and every 1st down during last 5 years?

Maybe,Butch should fall on one of these mysterious helmets.Possibly he feels as if he tells the lies often enough(as someone at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.)everyone will believe him.I personally would not let him within 100 yards of a high school player.

Sounds worse than it is.

Of those 29 concussions, 11 of them were to brett kendrick during the kentucky game.

So very little actual minutes were missed.

Just a sh!t ton of blocks.
