Sorry, you missed the point.

What pioint was missed? Sure, the penalty probably cost us 7 points but 21 points? We couldn't cover their WRs the whole game especially that freshman WR #4. OSU could have easily scored 50+ points if they didn't substitute early in the 4th quarter
