One of these two teams is gonna jump out big and early. auburn has jumped on us at the gate the last two times. the last couple games i felt really good watching were georgia and arkansas last year when we came out fired up and jumped to big leads early in the first half. we all know we are more than capable of letting things get outta hand early. we will know by about midway through the first quarter how this one is gonna shake out. lets go vols and get one we probably shouldnt!!!

even the last time we were in georgia they were up 24-7 early in the second quarter. it has become a habit for tennessee not being ready to go when the game starts. too many teams get ahead on us early and we start chasing.

that georgia game in 2006 was the best/funnest road game i've ever watched UT play..
i felt better about that road win than i think i've ever felt after a road win...

yeah me too. at least in a while. i was so sick to my stomach watching that game and they manhandled us. brett smith had a big day and the blocked punt. it was a great game. hoping for more of the same when it comes around.

If they are up 21-0 in the 2nd quarter, I might not make my goal of leaving after the 3rd quarter.

Wrong.

Our offense is bad.

Auburn's offense is simply not great.

but they're not good either, unless you want to say our defense is terrible then yes, but unless this is the game where auburn decides "oh s4@t, we're auburn!" then their offense is going to continue to struggle and they'll end the season as a "not as good as we first thought teams"

and if anything, auburns going to come out after our UF loss thinking they should easily wreck us, odds are they're not treating this like an "lsu-redemption" game

I would say that is accurate. I will be pleasantly surprised, however, if we can find a way to stop them from easily wrecking us.

AU was woeful against MSU, but they did put some points on LSU. Do you honestly think our defense is better than LSU???

THEIR defense is a hard hitting bunch of animals. We might not score.

AU -6- looks good to me.

Yep. Neyland Stadium hasn't seen "a hard hitting bunch of animals" since....well....last Saturday.

Unfortunately, they were wearing white jerseys.

go vols.
