I would probably agree with you given what we currently have on the roster.Fun hypothetical for everyone on this topic: 1 spot left and you have an option of our 5th year guys. Do you take Okpara or JG?
I’d honestly lean Felix with our current roster iteration, but you can’t go wrong with either. Curious what everyone’s sentiment will be tho.
There should no helping off Lundblade’s defender. If he is wide open he is making a very high % majority of his 3 pt shots. And he is always in motion and able to shoot on the move quickly with elevation at 6’5.Lundblade needs to start. The gravity that guy commands is lethal and opens up the entire offense.
With this group, Felix without question.Fun hypothetical for everyone on this topic: 1 spot left and you have an option of our 5th year guys. Do you take Okpara or JG?

Okpara fits the need better but I don’t care. JG is an elite college basketball player. Give me all the elite talent and figure out how it fits.Fun hypothetical for everyone on this topic: 1 spot left and you have an option of our 5th year guys. Do you take Okpara or JG?

Makes sense. Money people like to reinforce success, not throw good money after bad. It's why I think Caldwell is a dead person walking.Heard some chatter at the baseball game today from a friend of donor who is tight with the Haslams and it goes like - Barnes has a blank check to get whoever he wants. Juke is in the bag if he doesn’t go pro, which he probably won’t. And we are searching for a big. The Boston College big man was mentioned.
Also said Heupel doesn’t have near the same trust from the donors that Barnes does due to the Nico, Boo Carter, and now Chaz Coleman situations.

If Juke has settled on us, he doesn’t have to make a decision on the NBA before committing, isn’t that right?Heard some chatter at the baseball game today from a friend of donor who is tight with the Haslams and it goes like - Barnes has a blank check to get whoever he wants. Makes sense. Barnes is elite at assessing character and culture fits and the lack of drama we’ve had in the basketball program over his tenure has been incredible.Heard some chatter at the baseball game today from a friend of donor who is tight with the Haslams and it goes like - Barnes has a blank check to get whoever he wants because he’s earned it. Felix fills a hole we still have. JG would be partially redundantFun hypothetical for everyone on this topic: 1 spot left and you have an option of our 5th year guys. Do you take Okpara or JG?

JG. I think Okpara was great, but I think we can replace him in the portal, for the most part. I think JG would be that last piece of the puzzle to make the final 4.Fun hypothetical for everyone on this topic: 1 spot left and you have an option of our 5th year guys. Do you take Okpara or JG?

I would take that Jayden Hastings kid from B.C. While only 6’9 he is a great athlete for 240 lbs. In dunker spot, pick and roll + lob threat. Get him and another big for depth would be great.Heard some chatter at the baseball game today from a friend of donor who is tight with the Haslams and it goes like - Barnes has a blank check to get whoever he wants because he’s earned it. We need a bigger presence and Freeman is that. Let’s not go cheap when we have the Tanner money laying around.I would take that Jayden Hastings kid from B.C. I will say that it is ideal to have someone 6'9" or taller, but the most important need might be someone with some weight and strength. We need someone that is an enforcer, that can't be bullied down low. I mean, 240 lbs. is not bad, but that is about the minimum I think we need. So far, we don't have that on the roster, do we?I would take that Jayden Hastings kid from B.C. While only 6’9 he is a great athlete for 240 lbs. In dunker spot, pick and roll + lob threat.
