Well, I put roster construction under the heading of being a good coach, so in a sense, they are one in the same.

Yeah, they had a 2nd-rd flameout, but I judge teams more on the whole rather than on NCAAT results, which is sometimes met with controversy. But as it relates to building a roster and guiding them thru a season, he did an excellent job in running away with the SEC regular season title.
Expecting him to not build another contending roster and guide them to success again just seems like hope until we see him fail to do it.
