Absolutely, not likely at all to find 15 true guys like you’d usually see take all 13, this is essentially filling what previously was walk-on’s. But getting guy who had a host of MM offers, offers from TCU & DePaul to come here as effectively a walk on is a massive W imo

On3 reports an offer from Illinois, as well. Not sure how accurate that one is.

if rick somehow pulls jervis & rippey, that’s a for sure top 3 class

Seemingly Top 3-4 for: Collins, Oladotun, Rippey, Sadler, Jervis & Peck….if you could land 3 from that group that would far and away be the best fall class we’ve ever signed imo, arguably best overall HS class also.

Wouldn’t be mad with Sadler, could make a case I would actually prefer him over Rippey but would gladly take either. Jervis fills a hole in the class but Collins & Oladotun have such high upside I would be fine with any of those 3.

Easy way to think about it is this…we’ve got 13, lose the 4 you mentioned puts us at 9, limit is 15 so that’s room to add 6 at least.

As of now they said the talks of that have been tabled. I would assume with how much that would affect recruiting they would have to let it be known by now if it was going in effect next season.

Sounds like that’s not happening anytime soon, came out yesterday the NCAA basically said until the lawsuits stop they won’t even consider it. They’ve got a bunch of eligibility and waiver cases still tied up and they fear if they go 5/5 then folks will just start asking for 6, 7, 8 etc.
