I don't know all the teams slated to get new uniforms for next year but the Falcons definitely are and the rumors are the Titans are. The Titans already were lined up to get the "rivalry" uniforms but apparently they are going ahead and getting new ones the year before they move to their new stadium. I'm really hoping they look like the Oiler uniforms.

Falcons strongly rumored to go with their much superior throwbacks as their new uniforms, with a 1990s Deion Sanders throwback and an 80s red helmet/red jersey throwback.

I really hope the Falcons do go with the throwbacks. They should have done that when they did the change a few seasons ago.

From everything I've read, that's pretty much what they are doing, just making the throwbacks the full time homes and getting a white jersey for away. The 80s and 90s throwbacks are rumors but I'd be shocked if they don't at least get 90s ones. Those were very popular, the "Dirty Bird" era.

One could argue not giving billionaire owners corporate welfare is actually a smart move. Indiana isn’t exactly known for being very smart.

Also the site is like 25 miles from Solider Field so not exactly moving far away
Not exactly corporate welfare. Taxpayer money is borrowed for upfront cost. But it is repaid through by the revenue generated from the stadium and new surrounding commercial developments.
