It will be offset by California voters passing Prop 50, which will result in a net gain of 5 seats in the House of Representatives for Democrats next November.

Prop 50 just offset what Texas did. It’s doesn’t help what some other states did or might do.

The dude running for VA attorney general was hardline MAGA so good to keep that moron out of the office. I wonder when we start hearing voters fraud accusations?..

But Republican defeats chip away at the MAGA cult so its all good. Republicans are going to gave to rebrand much as the democrats are stumbling through that process. It will take longer though as the right is the biggest barrier to change in American society.

I'm surprised that "kill him, and his kids in front of their mother so she can watch them die" was an effective campaign slogan but we are talking about the democrats here.

Trump knew his base wouldn't support an AA Woman (much like the heavily red KY Gov race with Daniel Cameron ) so he withheld his endorsement....

And the results validated his assumptions since she was the lowest statewide performer by far.

I agree there are people in parties who exclude candidates based on things like race, gender, sexuality, etc. I don't hang around racists as far as I know. The MAGA supporters I personally know don't care at all about race or gender when it comes to candidates.

There are but if you go back and look at Daniel Cameron in Kentucky, it's a chunk. Counties that voted 90% red for every other R voted 60-65% for him. It was enough to keep the governor blue in KY....

It was always going to be tough for Sears. But when she significantly underperformed Trump, Youngkin, and literally other every other R candidate in the bright red counties yesterday, she had no chance...

No doubt on both sides doing it. The Clinton campaign tried to use a birth question with Obama and Kamala did not appreciate Biden’s affiliation with segregationist Senators.
