I'm fine with voter ID. I'm just not obsessed with it nor do I think not having it contributes to any sizeable amount of fraud like Trump wants you to believe.

What's worse: One American citizen not being allowed to vote because of ID, or one illegal alien voting because they don't need to produce one?

An American not being allowed to vote. But I don't lose sleep over any of it. Conspiracy nutters will..the old "election was rigged" nonsense.

Because the law states you can't charge someone to vote... I believe the 24th Amendment is what you need to read.

Most states provide free ID cards (not drivers licenses). If you cant get one of those the only person to blame is yourself.

You’re close to the crux of the issue, but your proportions are off. I believe I read the other day that the prevalence of voter fraud was 0.003%. So, the question should really be: what’s worse, thousands of American Citizens not being allowed to vote, or one person voting illegally?
