The truth hurts sometimes.

So? The cost of living in southern and western VA is way less than Richmond north. Even when I lived in VA during the 70s and 80s there was almost nothing in common between southern/western VA and the northern part of the state. VA is a microcosm of the biggest problem the US is facing, centralized government forcing 1 set of ideals on people that have little in common. What works for and what people want in northern is not what the rest of the people in the state want or need. The same as forcing the people of TN to abide by rules that California want.

The cost of living in West Virginia is low as well, doesn't change the fact that 50% of their state budget is made up of federal funds.

If you split off Southwest Virginia so you can have another MAGA state, it would be even more poor and reliant on federal funding.

Guess what? I'm all for cutting off federal funding for states. Gut, slice, castrate, butcher the federal government until it's back to it's pre-civil war authority and need for our tax dollars (adjusted for todays dollar of course for the dummies) let the money stay in the states without going to DC for redistribution.

Virginia does not have secure elections. No picture id required. Unsecured mail in voting. Scatted drop boxes. 45 days to cheat voting season. It's bad here.

Absolutely untrue. As someone who just voted in Virginia.

I honestly don't know. I figure with it being so close to DC that it would naturally lean Democrat.
Just a little of Va is close to DC but unfortunately that little bit has a lot of people. And there are a lot of federal workers around Hampton Roads. Not so many years ago those areas were very red.

Virginia's red well north and east of SWVa though, far into Southside, the Valley, and Tidewater. Take away the DC burbs and Virginia's about as red as Tennessee.

Land doesn't vote though, and none of the major population centers vote red.

So no matter which way you carve up the state to try to make a MAGA safe zone, you aren't getting enough people to sustain the it with the taxes that would be available from the population.

Virginia with the DC burbs excluded is very sustainable, similar to Virginia pre-Reagan.

Virginia requires ID. It does not require picture ID. Your ID can be a phone bill. And I just vote yesterday as well.
I might add that while standing in line, one of the poll workers was shouting out. "Everyone will need an ID. IF you don't have an ID come see me about verifying your identity". That's what is considered proper ID for voting in VA.

DNC Takes Out $15 Million Loan During Donation Shortfall as Midterms Approach

The Democrat National Committee (DNC) has taken out a huge loan in anticipation of next year’s midterms as the party lacks leadership with nothing to show for shutting down the government.

Politico on Thursday cited a filing with the Federal Election Commission regarding the $15 million loan.

If this becomes reality, you Democreeps need to pay attention. Disavow allegiance to loyalty to corporate lobbyist. Focus on Americans First, they elected you, remember. Make it a point to have Townhall sit downs and listen to them, and make sure you voted accordingly. Don't go the GOP route of favoring your limousine rides, airport escorts, privileged dining facilities, tec. so much you forget who put you in office. Same can be said for RepubLIARs. Otherwise, I hope voters kick patooties with steel spiked boots.

You folks in the 7th congressional district get out and vote tomorrow unless you want that leftist Behn slipping through the cracks due to low voter turnout.

She is using Mamdani messaging talking about making life more affordable and away from other crazed comments she is caught on camera stating.
