I planned a week of my vacation around the LSU series, so I will be off and able to watch the Northern Kentucky game. OR, I may just use personal days leading up to the LSU and come up early and see the Austin Peay game instead. decisions, decisions...

Any reason why we haven’t played MTSU in several years?
My daughter was little during the Serrano years and when they would play in Murfreesboro, we would make the short trip down there to watch. I wish they would start scheduling them again to give us Middle Tennesseans a chance to make the short trip.

It was always covered in orange back then, and that was before we were good. I’m sure it would be all orange today.

I know some will disagree but I would never go on the road for midweek or weekend series if I did not have to other than the ones in Texas or Arizona. It has gone very bad every time we have done it is the past 7 years.

How would you feel about a midweek game at the new downtown stadium?

Fine with that but it never was good at Smokies old one so we will see. If so, they need to treat it like an away game and not make the guys go to school that day which was the problem at old Smokies Stadium. They would not let them do anything that they normally did with their pregame and the bus was late getting out there so it was a train wreck.

I believe you answered this a few years ago when I asked this question. The roads into the mountains are horrible and so are the field conditions for those without turf. I think what most of us want is a midweek game against someone like GT, VT, or Clemson each year.

Tony’s philosophy was why leave LNS if you don’t have to. It will be interesting to see Josh’s.
You win it helps. You lose it hurts big time.
