He is. We tried to get him to walk-on last year, I believe. He had a few mid-major offers and elected to take the offer from Austin Peay as opposed to walking on at Tennessee.

His brother, Yuri Collins, played at St. Louis and Tennessee tried to walk him into the portal but SLU and Travis Ford cried foul (rightfully so) about tampering, so Tennessee backed off.

Collins went on to have an elite PG career at SLU where he finished his career at #25 in the NCAA career assists category. His senior year, he averaged 11.2 ppg and 10.1 apg.

Interesting that he landed at APSU given Clark's connections there as a former assistant. Fair to wonder that if he did hit the portal if Indiana (Clark's current school) would have the upper hand. They don't have a PG committed and lose all three starting guards.
