Has any prominent player not turned into a bidding war this cycle? I only know his UConn number, which is low against the market. Given his current suitors, I have to assume a 30-50% bump. On the positive side, we represent all the things he didn’t like about UCOnn.
he was once a sure fire high school recruit, kind of tailed off towards the later yearsWonder if we will reach out to Elijah Fisher at some point….3PT % isn’t great, but had a 52% EFG, which isn’t bad.
Dropped a 23 piece on Arkansas, 17 on Colorado, 17 on SMC, 10 on WSU and Oregon St. didn’t look at the percentages though
Is he a name you’ve heard by chance @Stoerner Fumbles ? I saw where Coach Gainey follows him
I don't think there's a lot of truth to it. For most of Cal's tenure it did seem like he didn't recruit a bunch of the KY kids. But there were always some he did take--- Dominique Hawkins, Derek Willis, Jon Hood, Dontaie Allen, Reed Sheppard. With Perry, he didn't offer him until later in his recruitment so the already-held belief of "Cal doesn't recruit KY kids" morphed into "Cal is just trying to appease the fan base by offering Perry a token scholarship." But I don't really think that's true as Cal, if you know him, doesn't really ever change or do anything he personally doesn't want to do, fans be damned LOL.Honestly got it from UK boards. Apparently Cal didn’t want him till he got backlash for it, but I’ll admit that could just be angry fans.
