I reallyyyy wish I knew the staff's vision right about now because I am struggling to see it.

For the sake of having names to discuss I’ve added Thomas back along with Rylan Griffin who I mentioned the other day as a name I would look at, I’d also look at John Buggs lll. Not heard any connection on the last 2 but they’d make a lot of sense…

I would love Griffin. I know he’s had some motor issues in the past, but I think Barnes could get the best out of him. Show up daily on defense and with his offensive abilities, he can be a NBA guy.

Good gracious, not all teams produce points the same way. It’s possible to still win and not have an elite 2.

If it were that easy, guys like Dillione would still be on the roster. I've lost all faith in a kid changing his stripes because of a coach. Far safer play to just look at the kids history and assume he's going to be who and what he is. No time or patience for some sort of rehabilitation project.

No offense but I think those are actually different things. Anyone can shoot, a “shooting guard” is a term generally interchangeable with a “2 guard” or “off guard”. It’s a position rather than an attribute.

You’ll be very lonely. The last 3 NIT finals haven’t been played at MSG. The last 2 were in Indy at Hinkle.

Need a surefire scorer at the 2, and a 6th man guard capable of shooting. With those two, sky is the limit. Not sure if the first profile is still in the portal, but what do I know. Liked us a lot better with Rice.

I’m not surprised he took the money but Rice going to USC after saying he wanted to play for a “winner” is one of the dumbest moves I’ve ever seen.

I'd kinda be okay with Henderson backing up Gillespie, but at the 2 guard spot, surely we aren't going into next year depending on Evans and Boswell at the 2 and with only Ament at the 3? That would make going with a short roster last year look like a genius move.
