Pfft…as if there aren’t 100 better reasons to ban you than name-calling.Right…your original post was asking to ban me for name calling….how about you take your own advice from your previous post, you know the one that says “everyone has their own opinions” “no need to rub noses in it”
If Gillespie was to go elsewhere these are other point guard names on the board: Jordan Marsh, Jayden Reid & Barrington Hargress.Thread has gotten boring. Anyway...
Who is a plausible backup plan for Gillespie (just for discussion as I think 90% or greater he is a Vol).
After McKneely and JG, what who will they go hard for next IYO?
Were they eyeing Thornton to play the 2? I thought he was a PG (and since he was second-team all conference, wouldn’t be to back up JG).Thornton news is a big downer. McNeely is a credit transfer to major issue. Will be resolved. Spent all the way to midnight on JG. Not closed, but he wants to be here. I think we’ll sort both. Parents are heavily involved in both, and we almost never lose those.
Kind of how I feel about some posters…I agree with @TrippieRedd love the ZZ, Mashak show but they are in the past now and we need to see with this new blood crop of players can do. It's time for a new era possibly with more offense.
Yes -- you seem to have the best pulse of this.If Gillespie was to go elsewhere these are other point guard names on the board: Jordan Marsh, Jayden Reid & Barrington Hargress.
If they land McKneely and Gillespie they’ll turn their attention towards another scoring guard, such as Lamar Wilkerson or Donovan Atwell.
They’ll also continue their pursuit of both Elyjah Freeman & Alvaro Folgueiras.
Yes -- you seem to have the best pulse of this.
Wilkerson seems hard but Atwell feels doable.
Freeman seems hard now with Florida schools and Indiana involved...any other wing names? Personally, I've loved Pozzato this whole time but wasn't even sure how he ended up on your list.
Alvaro is skilled but I wonder if his price, as well as his lack of athleticism and playing below the rim, might not make him the best fit. Would really love a bouncy forward at the 4 who can defend and take advantage of opportunities off the roll. A Tyler Smith-type would be ideal here, IMO (as far as being able to finish and create shots around the basket).
