…cited… I trip over that one myself.Just watched the Intel on Nate Ament, Koa Peat and Brayden Burries. Travis Branham was asked by Adam for his prediction on the 3. He picked Nate to Duke, Koa to AZ State and Burries to Tennessee. He sited that Burries's mom played softball here and she is a big part of his recruitment. He put that at 60%. Also said about the relationships he has built here.
He's very physical big bodied. But sounds like he can get hot from deep at times. It says he can be slow driving to the basket at times thoughI don’t watch HS film or anything, but reading 247’s analysis of Burries he sounds sort of like a Jaden Springer type player to me (in terms of play style). Anybody who knows more can correct me
Just checked the chat and Ramey”s bball chat from last night - no one said anything like that.forget which one but they just said in the chat monday he was unlikely to be around next year
I like Springer comp a lot actually. I watched some highlights yesterday while in the press box waiting for a baseball game to start and I thought of Moses Moody but felt like Moody was more ready. I think either one works. Springer probably best one to me from my loose watchingI don’t watch HS film or anything, but reading 247’s analysis of Burries he sounds sort of like a Jaden Springer type player to me (in terms of play style). No high flying highlights - is he viewed as being an explosive athlete?
Great questions...I haven't watched him. Hopefully someone who has followed him can comment on his game.Didn’t realize Burries was already 19 and about 6 months from turning 20.
Wonder if him being older and more developed gives him a physical advantage currently and I’m curious how that will translate once he gets into college and no longer has that advantage
