Just winning the home series we lost would have us sitting so much better right now...crazy

19-8 instead of 15-12 would have a totally different vibe.

I'm just hoping this is a repeat to 2023...rough regular season and got things right for post season to make the CWS.
The biggest difference is that team started slow, 5-10 and then went on an 11-4 run the second half of the season and had momentum going into the postseason. This team is the exact opposite, started fast at 9-1 and finishing rock bottom at 6-11. Not good.

True, but this year a part of the cool off was the injuries and how that shifted the lineup.

Seems like Gavin is back at full health and now it's just a matter of figuring out the best lineup to go with him and how to shake up batting order.

all to do with youth, injuries, scheduling, and some flukey stuff with the weather, imo. Remember, middle of the road SEC teams regularly find themselves playing for titles in Omaha. gimme some OOC opponents in the post season and let's show them who we are.

I’m not saying we can’t potentially win a regional but there is a high probability we would be matched up with another SEC team in the Supers and I just don’t see this team getting past that.
