Seems like an awful waste of time and money if he doesn't want to keep playing college ball.

If this was the case, and if Joey didn’t feel like he would be, he would’ve 10000% entered the portal.

If he wins his case, he could go in the draft and then come back to Tennessee if he's not drafted. I hear it's been done in college basketball so there's already a precedent in place
