I wonder how the Duke QB got his name entered into the portal. That process is supposed to go through the University. Once he lets the school know of his intentions, they have 48 hrs to put his name in the data base.

Since they're gonna sue him, seems logical that they would not put his name in the data base. Fun times

If they didn't put his name in, they couldn't sue him. Not a lawyer but harm has to be done first to sue for damages.
Someone with experience in law please inform us ignorant of how that works.......
