Basilio has been on his reporting and I believe his sources. We had lots of issues first few days of portal.

Fans had issues. We planed on six to seven in the first wave and that’s what we got.

No, but I don't go bashing a guy that said something that I don't agree with just because it didn't to happen to fit with the narrative that I have in my mind without some sort of refuting evidence. I can't stand the sound if Basilio's voice, but I do read his blog occasionally and he is right way more often than he is wrong. You don't stay on the air for 30 years without some reliable sources.

I don't really think I was bashing at least wasn't the intent. My comment was I think the story was BS. It was probably the info he got. Doesn't mean it was fact.

What's funny is none of the dozens of schools who have picked up QBs even had him in for a visit. He must be really good for them ALL to not even give a second look.

His highlights don't really blow me away at all. He looks like an average QB against TERRIBLE defenses.

Lamson on the other hand looks solid, again not an all world QB but looks a helluva lot better than Little Tyga Dickens.

As I said yesterday, I believe Sorsby was #2 want behind Simpson; and, by the time Simpson had chosen to go pro, Sorsby had already signed with TT.

Basilio and the skidmarks that hang on his every word, will spin that into a negative whenever it's really not. "We moved too slow". Well, we were waiting for word on our #1 target, so...yeah. We were going to do whatever we had to do, that helped us land Simpson if he decided to stay in college...including waiting on him.
