at this point, why even recruit highschool players just reload from portal every year. Quit investing time and money only for players to leave a year later….

Idk. I try not to be a “college football is dying” type but this years portal cycle has truly taken the wind out of my sails.

What is even the ****ing point in caring anymore? Teams like Texas Tech and Indiana are just going to throw $5-10 million dollars at every damn recruit. Why shouldn’t they? Nobody’s going to stop them. How can anyone else even compete? The rest of us don’t have Mark Cuban and Cody Campbell opening their checkbooks.

This sport has to make some serious changes soon. And I mean soon. This current system is unsustainable and is going to bleed programs dry. This is like if the NFL had no salary cap and Jerry Jones was able to just throw money at everybody with no penalty.

I don't have any thing to add. I don't want to be critical of josh. again this is a career defining portholio for him. It's hard to see him bring successful past this this season, it just gets too hard from here. you cannot go into an offseason with zero plan, and lose more defensive players off your bad defense than you're adding. it's simple numbers

So they don’t have time to add any more players? Did Josh share his zero plan with you?
