But, 4/5 of those interceptions were on the receiver, and definitely one of those lost fumbles on the right tackle, we knew he was a gunslinger coming in kind of like Brett FavreDid it help limit his TOs, though? He threw 10 picks and lost 2 Fumbles. The INTs alone were twice as many as Nico or Milton in the previous two years.
Half of Int's were on the WR's tipping them or them falling down. I know one of his was Staley falling down in front of the DB. Miles had 2 tipped, Mathews 1 and I think Brazzell had 1. He still had a few really bad int's, but only 5 of those were on him.Did it help limit his TOs, though? He threw 10 picks and lost 2 Fumbles. Sorsby absolutely is. BV said he would prefer to land in Knoxville, just wasn't sure aboout us being outbid by TT. He's as reliable as you can get. My thing is, if he really wants to be here, we could get away with paying 500k less. Guess we will see. If we can't get Sorsby Leavitt, I'd love the JMU or Harvard QB.Did he mention any realistic guys? Because Sorsby isn’t imo.

Without trying very hard i can think of atleast 2-3 where the ball hit the WR/TE in the hands and got picked on the deflection.Did it help limit his TOs, though? He threw 10 picks and lost 2 Fumbles. The INTs alone were twice as many as Nico or Milton in the previous two years.
Give and take. He’s more of a gambler than those two were, which also gave us some jump balls to Brazzell and maybe Matthews. He had 4 less INT’s in essentially the same number of attempts the year before at App State. Also had 40 more completions, which is our system. You could also count at least 2 or 3 that went off hands- I recall at least one to Kitselman and Staley.Did it help limit his TOs, though? He threw 10 picks and lost 2 Fumbles. I think going all in on Sorsby is a mistake. TT isn’t the school to compete with in the portalSorsby absolutely is. I completely agree. If we can get Sorsby for 3.5 million ( which I doubt) , then absolutely. Anything over that he's not worth. But, if it's true that a single donor is willing to drop a bag on a QB, then who knows. If we are truly Sorsby 's first choice, then maybe he takes less to play here. I doubt it, but you never know. He grew up loving the Vols and coming to watch games in Neyland. Plus having family here can't hurt. Maybe the SEC factor helps too.If we get Sorsby, then great. But there's tons of good QB options that would come cheaper. I love the JMU kid, the Harvard kid and Houser from ECU. All 3 would come cheaper than Sorsby and probably play just as well in our offense.I think going all in on Sorsby is a mistake. TT isn’t the school to compete with in the portal
