Best usually come off early, want positions of greatest need filled as soon as possible, otherwise you're in plan B and C territory. I get that you want to be selective and did the right fits, and I'm not anywhere near panicked yet. But the whole point is not to let the guys you want go home without being committed.

And yes, some are going to take a few visits to feel it out.
