Definitely not trying to throw grenades...just tired of being left at the train station...I don't think I've ever seen an assistant coaching process take so long at a critical time...Maybe it's not CKC fault...Maybe DW has a part in the picking process...Maybe something special is going on behind the scenes...I really hope all of this pans out...LVFL ❤

you imply you have observed. No generalities, thank you. Just specific facts will do.

For those instances which better suit your fancy, you might wish to specify the elapsed time between the arrival of a new head coach and the naming of new staff members. While you are at it, try to present a case, using fact and logic rather than emotion, showing how a shorter elapsed time led directly to named benefits in recruiting.

In general, it also seems to me that the assistant hires/fires are going very slowly. That's important bc the portal waits for no one. I'm thinking there's things going on behind the scenes toward getting some visits going. Reportedly Sam (bless her) lined up a visit for this week during her pergatory period.

Get back to us when roster is finalized this fall. Discounting the AD defining public announcements of hires, POSSIBLY to get last year’s star and supporting coach to the draft before officially pulling the trigger. Neither of us have a clue what players these first 2 SEC seasoned coaches have on speed dial, where they might fit needs here better than their previous stop. Class and integrity are factors in our AD. THANKFULLY. Need more on our boards. Sharing painful truths are in play. Creating dilemmas is not. In the end you are what your record says you are, and your squad is what it is starting with first real game. Prognostications of either is worthless, especially the snarky variety. Hoping for perfection is FAN worthy, requiring it is not.

It's really ashame how this is TENNESSEE LADY VOL BASKETBALL and we are doing so much "maybe we have a shot at her" "she would be a great fit for us" [praying and hoping players choose us]...Enough is Enough...coaches go out and bring in some quality players...Seems we are falling so far behind everyone else...we need a lifeline here...

Get a grip...I am a serious and concerned fan like most of us on this board...I'm not trying to discount any of the staff, especially DW [big fan]...I did say "maybe SOMETHING SPECIAL is going on behind the scenes"...maybe that is causing a delay...[maybe I'm wrong with all of that]...I just would like the process to speed up, because I want the returning players [especially the seniors] to have a decent season and not one that is forgettable...[I feel they are in need of 1 or 2 quality players]...I don't think there's anything wrong with wanting that...LVFL
