I think if that was the case she would have waited to make the announcement, but it was immediately after the firing. That tells me she wanted to play for Kellie, but it’s whatever now I’ll wait to see if everyone on here is right and that we will get better elite players than Chastsin And Nyla Brooks as soon as we get a new coach.

I think Kim was hoping she might have taken it personally but she just can’t guard her.

Kim also knew Poa and Johnson couldn’t guard her without fouling which is exactly what happened when they tried.

Clark is tough check.

In fairness to her, they did not hard hedge the screen so she had no chance. I thought she challenged without fouling pretty well given their strategy. Clark was making shots. She competes far more than some of our kids do on close outs.

Also, what an absolute waste if she does. Sorry but that guy is going nowhere.

He got them rallied for half a season and then the wheels came alllllll the way off. All the way.

He had a better team this year and came up with worse results. Idk what happened in the locker room but it was clear their players were not getting along toward the end of the season.

I don’t see MSST becoming a contender in the SEC again. They had their glory with Schaefer and it’s over. They’ll never have another coach of that caliber there.

And wasn't even a real "breakout". Just the one isolated time HVL played the way everyone thought she would when she transferred. Typical for this season for us. Weird that JP put the absolute clamps on PP x3 but couldn't guard HVL.

IMO that was it, she wasn't going to waste or risk FJ or anyone else important on CC, thought maybe HVL could pester her into a mere 30 or so. I get the strategy, but to keep HVL out there just getting cooked over and over, esp when she was already flu-ish was just brutal. So typical of how KM treats her players, just straight up didn't care if her player is getting humiliated.

Actually Miss St makes all kind of sense. Sam Purcell was first assistant at Louisville HVL's first two years and those players love him. Rickea spoke highly of him just from getting to know him when he tried to recruit her to Louisville.

Also could see the West Coast for HVL, that's where she's from.
