Got it. Thanks.
Has 3 more years left. Wouldn't mind landing him if we can't get Anderson.
Definitely WANT him. He could be a perfect PG to learn under Zakai then take over in a year.Christian Anderson would be the biggest get this off season imo, not from a need standpoint, but pure talent wise, shew.
Definitely think he’s a top 3 PG in the country. Kid lit up the best teams in the country shooting 50% and 49% from 3PT. He’s rated lower due to his height and some of the sites have even said that.
Ben McKee said earlier today that it was his understanding that Chrisitian Anderson would not happen. I'm guessing he has pretty good sources, but is a little strange considering there seem to be some smoke there this weekend. BTO have you heard differently on Anderson than Mckee at 247?3 spots left, names to monitor…
Chaz Lanier
Devon Barnes
Ben Hammond
Christian Anderson Jr.
Gabriel Mabor
I’m not trying to argue with anyone, but I just don’t understand what the point of saying this is now. They were paying people before NIL…along with most other schools. All of the guys we are bringing in are getting paid as well.Arizona has been paying basketball players nicely since before NIL. Tobe should fit in well there.
I promise you, CRB is on it! For the last three roster spots, I predict we get Lanier, a young PG, and a young post. If this happens, look out! The Vols are ready for another deep run! Go Vols!Ben Hammond would have us as his best offer almost immediately. He strikes me as an under the radar PG prospect kind of like Zeigler. I would definitely love to land him if we can’t get Anderson. I also think Devon Barnes has a lot of potential too, but we just gotta find the one who fits best into our plans.
Alabama is apparently also the favorite for Onyenso now. Mark Sears might also return.
They are going to be the unanimous favorite to win the league next year.
He just wanted to insult Tobe…Somebody he knows nothing about. Standard practice in today’s world, especially online. But, he feels better about his life after the post now, so, all good here I guess.I’m not trying to argue with anyone, but I just don’t understand what the point of saying this is now. I’ve been wondering for awhile why we haven’t targeted someone in that mold, Zeigler has been so good for us and typically you don’t have to fear those guys leaving for the NBA. Yes sometimes they have some limitations, but that’s where a Boswell or Dillione can play alongside them as well. Glad to see we are targeting some options there to learn behind Zeigler. The bold would be incoming freshmen, the rest are portal players.
It appears that Anderson, Hammond and Barnes are smaller (under 6') true PG players. Lanier is a 2 that's 6'4". Mabor is a project big pushing 7'
Not crazy, but I don’t see it happening. Lanier would get you to 2 spots left, seems pretty clear they’re looking to add a PG and given that he competition for those guys I would think we’ve got a good chance to land one. Then you’ve got Mabor who same thing, not like we are having to battle big time schools if we decide to push hard.Feels like there is a growing likelihood we may leave a scholarship open this year. Or am I crazy?
