It's mainly the precedent that it sets. I bet that other potential swing states with democrat judges are going to attempt the same.

Lol. Tesla stock went up 22% yesterday on earnings reports. Musks wealth increased by over $30BN personally. He is now more than $60BN richer than anyone else on Earth. If they steal this election again, and there isnt a revolt, they will put him in prison. He knows this and has discussed it publicly with Tucker. He said "I am all in. America is done if Trump doesn't win." He is definitely one of my favorite African Americans. 😃

well its human, its alive, and at least presumably a citizen due to American parents. I don't see anything precluding it.

further the arguments to preclude unborn fetus's rights due to their various mental or physical restrictions crosses way into the territory of arguments for eugenics for any number of "differently abled" individuals. so the assumption that one group has rights, but the other group doesn't, doesn't fly well with me. its opens up WAY too much.

especially considering the founder of Planned Parenthood and a big proponent for abortion, Margert Sanger, was also pro-eugenics. there is a linked history of the two in our own country that shouldn't be ignored.

It was certainly helpful to them, which is presumably why Putin has undermined it with Musk, and seeks to undermine it still.

The math is not hard here.

Putin says Ukraine does not have a right to claim a separate identity from Russia. Since invading, Putin endears himself to Trump, then endears himself to Musk. Put it this way, if you think Trump will win you'd better sell all of your shares of stock in anything with an interest in Ukraine and you might start hedging a bit on anything tied to Poland, as they would appear to be next.
