2024 Presidential Race

"I think it‘s also worth pointing out for context that these Trump job losses in manufacturing overwhelmingly occurred because of the COVID pandemic," he said. "Pre-pandemic, under Trump, there was a gain of about 414,000 manufacturing jobs. Again, he ended [at] negative 178,000, but that was largely because we had a pandemic-related crash."

Kamala Harris’s Climate Czar: Fossil Fuel Industry Is ‘Death Cult’

View attachment 690133

The Kamala Harris campaign has tapped eco-loony Camila Thorndike as its “climate engagement director,” a far-left activist who says oil and gas workers are part of the “toxic patriarchy.”

This “race against fascism is still too close,” Thorndike stated last week. “The only way to stop Trump’s Project 2025 from wrecking our progress and lives is to take action.”

In early September, the Harris-Walz campaign brought on Thorndike, who had worked for Sen. Bernie Sanders as a legislative aide drafting climate-related policies, and who served in a senior director post at Rewiring America.

While with Sanders, Thorndike said there is “something evil” about the fossil fuels sector, adding that “there’s no greater source of harm than continuing to cook the planet.”

What an unfortunate last name.

Do you even try anymore? It’s sad seeing you struggle posting now.

“President Donald Trump never said that. This is an outrageous lie from The Atlantic two weeks before the election.” He provided statements from Patel and a spokesman for Meadows, who denied having heard Trump make the statement. Via Pfeiffer, Meadows’s spokesman also denied that Trump had ordered Meadows not to pay for the funeral.”

Making crap up just to have it shot down by the people that were actually involved.

You are making him stronger with each false accusation

Dems still believe they are the good guys.

I don't necessarily find anything inherently negatively socialist in the taxes themselves. at least those necessary for functioning of the government as described in the Constitution.

its the spending where negative socialism raises its ugly little head. especially any spending that goes beyond our budget, that is just socializing national debt.

both will spend the same money we don't have. on programs not required in our Constitution. both are objectively worse than we are today. the only argument you have is "Yes Trump will be objectively worse, but he will be better than Kamala". you completely forget the first part. the way voting works in this country you are only voting for the first part of that statement, not the second.

as I said, I want actually better, not "maybe not as bad as the other guy/girl".
So do I, but there's this little thing called reality. One of these two IS going to be president. I choose the not as bad. Mainly because I believe in:

The 1st amendment
The second amendment
Secure borders
NOT mutilation of children
NOT stacking the supreme court
NOT dismantling the filabuster rules
Energy independence
NOT being involved in endless, needless wars
NOT turning this country into a DEI circus
